We offer delivery and turnkey setup in many regions.

There is no assembly required by the buyer. Our factory will assemble your home. But should abuyer choose to deliver and assemble the product themselves, they will not need any specialtools. We do recommend that they are in the trades and we will guide them through the process. If you choose add-ons (decks, skirting), a basic contractor or handyman can install them.

Because the homes are RV-compliant, they are often easier to permit than permanent structures.

Compact Cottage is ISO 9000 Internationally certified for quality. It is not RVIA certified or certified for ANSI standards. You will need to register it as any RV in your area. Consult your RV park or municipality to see if you any standards are required.
