We purchased our first property in 2022 with a vision of creating a community of smaller homes that live large—beautifully appointed, thoughtfully designed, and genuinely affordable. Our goal was to find the perfect balance between functionality, comfort, and style. Along the way, we experimented with different layouts, features, and delivery systems, ultimately leading to the Compact Cottage homes we proudly offer today.
